We have looked into your issue and believe this issue is being caused by your browser blocking the Personal Analytical Report from downloading. 

Once the report is generated, two things can happen depending on browser settings: either 

  1. The PDF will be downloaded (users may be asked for permission)
  2. Personal Report will be opened automatically as a new tab

Many browsers will block a  new tab by default, and this isn't always obvious. Chrome, for example, will just show a small blinking icon on the left of the address bar.

We recommend you click on the blinking icon and click allow "pop-ups" from

To download the Personal Report PDF using an iOS device, you need to disable the setting "Block pop-up windows" in the Configuration app, under the Safari settings. It is located in the General section.
